Refund policy

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. The legally binding version can be found in our Cancellation Policy, and a brief overview of the process on the Returns and Refunds page.

How to Return

Register your return using the "Cancel Contract" button in the footer, by email to info@casa-luxury.de, or by phone at +49 201 36577487. Please provide your order number.
We will confirm receipt and provide you with the return address. For freight forwarding goods, we will inform you of the costs in advance and arrange a collection date. Please do not return freight forwarding goods unannounced.
Return the goods, if possible, in their original packaging.
Once we have received the goods or you have provided proof of shipment, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment. Smaller items can be returned as a parcel. Large furniture must be collected by a freight forwarder; within Germany, the costs typically range between 89 € and 240 €. We will inform you of the exact amount before you make a decision.

Arrived Damaged?

Then you do not bear the costs. Please check the shipment upon delivery, note any visible damage on the freight bill, and contact us within 7 days at info@casa-luxury.de.
