§ 1 Scope

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the button "Order with obligation to pay", you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation or with the dispatch of the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs

All stated prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. Plus applicable shipping costs, which will be displayed before the order is completed. For freight forwarding (large furniture), the conditions specified in the order process apply.

§ 4 Payment

The payment methods offered during the order process apply.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery times can be found on the respective product page. Partial deliveries are permissible, provided this is reasonable for you; this will not incur any additional shipping costs for you.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

§ 9 Dispute Resolution

We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
