We generally process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The legal bases are, in particular, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, b, c and f GDPR.

3. Hosting / Shop System

This website is operated on the Shopify platform (Shopify International Ltd., Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland). Shopify processes data on our behalf that is necessary for the operation of the shop (order processing according to Art. 28 GDPR).

4. Server Log Files

When accessing the website, information is automatically collected (including IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). The processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) for the secure and stable provision of the website.

5. Cookies

We use cookies. Technically necessary cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR or § 25 para. 2 TDDDG. We only set all non-essential cookies with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you can revoke at any time.

6. Order and contract processing

For order processing, we process your inventory and payment data (name, address, e-mail, payment information). The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the fulfilment of the contract. Data is passed on to shipping service providers and payment service providers to the extent necessary for delivery and processing. Commercial and tax law retention periods remain unaffected.

7. Payment service providers

Depending on the chosen payment method, we pass on the data required for payment processing to the respective payment service provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
