Cannes is characterized by two very distinct types of living: the apartment on the Croisette and the villa in the hills of Californie or Super Cannes. Both require different furniture. This page shows what works in Cannes and how delivery there proceeds. Casa Luxury delivers to France.
Apartment on the Croisette
In the buildings along the promenade, rooms are tall but rarely wide. A sofa with a narrow base and a pair of armchairs allow the floor to remain visible, thus making the room appear larger. A coffee table made of glass or marble on a delicate metal frame visually occupies hardly any space. For the wall opposite the window, a large-format wall mirror is the most effective single measure, as it draws the light from the bay into the depth of the room.
Villa in the Hills
Villas above the city have the opposite problem: ample space that needs to be unified. Here, a large dining table with matching dining chairs sets the scene, surmounted by a chandelier that can withstand the room's volume. Console tables structure long walls, rugs divide open floor plans into zones, and floor lamps bring light into corners where no ceiling outlet is available.
If the Property is also Rented Out
Many properties in Cannes are rented out temporarily, especially around festivals and congresses. In such cases, robustness matters more than delicacy: denser fabrics, resilient surfaces, and models that can be individually replaced later. Please clarify availability and reorderability before committing to an entire series.
Outdoor Area Counts Double Here
Terraces and pool areas on the Côte d'Azur are used for the greater part of the year. This requires genuine outdoor sofas and outdoor dining tables with weather-resistant frames and UV-resistant covers. Salt air and the Mistral quickly affect untreated materials, which is why material selection outdoors is more important than design.
Delivery to Cannes
- EU Shipping Zone. France is located in our EU zone; tariffs are tiered by weight and can be found on the Shipping Costs and Delivery Times page.

- Parcel or Freight Forwarder. Lights, mirrors, and accessories are sent as parcels; large furniture is shipped as freight on a pallet with a pre-arranged appointment.
- Plan for the Season. Around festival and trade fair times, access and delivery in the city center are restricted. If you wish to furnish by a specific date, please order early.
